A very Exclusive place to have Teppanyaki. LOCATED ON THE 22ND FLOOD of the office section of Soho. You need to make a reservation at least 24 hrs before your meal. The Meat and the Seafood were very fresh... Having an Exclusive Cook was wonderful. For dessert, I got the Taro ice cream ... Only one scoop. The place has 3 sections: teppanyaki, hotpot area and alacart section. The teppanyaki selection are mostly set menu... Pricy yes ... It's an experience... We had lobster grilled and soup.. cooked 2 ways. Grilled scallops, Medium Well steak ... My only comment was the fried rice... It's should be improved. Had a Great time with my 3 friends... Good food and Great Company..

Surprisingly nice sushi set - fish ingredients are fresh and the rice part is squeezed just right with suitable size and seasoning. For the teppanyaki courses, my companions ordered the abalone set and the prawn & scallop set, both comes with beef of your choice (US / aust / jap) with different pricing. They say it tastes good too. At around $440 up for the basic US beef option, this place seem to offer good value for the price charged. Service is average while bathrooms are surprisingly clean for typical restaurants in this area.

Recommended by a friend. The teppanyaki was fresh and tasty, and reasonably priced. Our group of 8 had a lovely lunch in a private room with reservation.”

One of the most value for money quality teppanyaki place in HK! We ordered two people lobster set (around 2800 before 10% service charges) and every dish is so yummy (full of flavor but too heavy)! The wagyu is really impressive !

High quality Japanese food in a calm restaurant environment. If you’re seated by the windows, you’ll be able to see views of Causeway bay. The food was really delicate and nourishing. The highlight for me was the grilled Wagyu which was really tender and flavourful. The Shabu shabu was also excellent. Our family has been going to Wa-San-Mai for years and the quality of the food and the staff has never dipped. This was our first time visiting since the pandemic and although it’s been 4 years since we last visited, the staff still recognise us which was a really pleasant surprise! 5/5 would recommend
